Kimmie Keegan

Kimberly "Kimmie" Keegan is a fictional recurring character in the American T.V. series Ugly Betty. She is played by Lindsay Lohan.
Background
Kimmie was Betty's enemy in high school, and as evidenced in flashbacks from Betty's past, she first befriended her at the high school cafeteria, where she pulled Betty's skirt down while she was reaching for a drink, and later on during physical education class Kimmie uses Betty as a "Human Shield" for dodgeball.
Years later, Kimmie became the manager of "Flushing Burger," a fast food shop that Ignacio began working at. When it is learned that Kimmie has been mistreating Ignacio at work, Betty and Hilda (who also doesn't like Kimmie) confronts Kimmie, leading to a food fight. After a cooling off period, Betty and Kimmie finally talked as Kimmie admitted to being jealous of Betty's success while hers has been lousy. The two bury the hatchet and become friends.

Later, she asked Betty to hook her a job after she quit "Flushing Burger," and Betty took her under her wing as she became a part of MODE magazine by training her as a temp. But along the way Kimmie would move up in the ranks, first by becoming fast friends with Amanda Tanen and Marc St. James, then thanks to Betty's idea after believing that she had changed, Kimmie is promoted associate editor, which stunned Betty. It also restarted Kimmie's feud with Betty as Kimmie began treating her as she did back at high school.
Apparently, Kimmie's newfound profile would begin to take its toll on Betty, Marc and Amanda. The final straw would come during a meeting when Betty landed Adriana Lima for a photo shoot, resulting in Kimmie, who saw her "Sizzling Hot" issue idea being scrapped by Daniel and Wilhelmina. So Kimmie schemed in sabotaging Betty and the shoot in a order to take credit for it, turning on Amanda and Marc by avoiding the two, and to add insult to injury, she gets Cliff, Marc's boyfriend, dropped from the shoot. This prompts the three to seek revenge on Kimmie, and while Betty is initially reluctant, preferring to take the 'high road', the three conspire a plan to have Kimmie fired. However, Betty eventually confessed to Kimmie, but, seeing what Betty said as reverse psychology, Kimmie, unfortunately for her, continued to act in the way she was originally told she should by Betty. This led to her being fired after offending Wilhelmina. She attempted to ruin the photo shoot for MODE by throwing a vital prop into a pond, and was then escorted off the set by security, vowing that the others had not seen the last of her, hinting that she will seek revenge on Betty and the others in the future.
