Khazaria.com (also known as the Khazaria Info Center) is the website of the American Center for Khazar Studies, founded in 1995 by Kevin Alan Brook. The site is devoted to cataloguing and citing all available information on the Khazars, their history, culture, language, and religion; the history of the Jews in Russia, Poland, Armenia, and elsewhere in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus are also focus topics. Articles about archaeological excavations and discoveries relating to the Khazars are posted regularly. Significant space is devoted to discussing the reasons for and ramifications of the conversion of the Khazars to Judaism, as well as to exploring the ultimate fate of the Khazar people. Khazaria.com contains articles and links to resources pertaining to genetic testing and genealogy, and studies claims of descent from the Khazars on the part of many groups, including Ashkenazi Jews and Crimean Karaites. The website also features links to information about modern Turkic peoples and various Jewish groups.
