Khalil Kassam

Khalil Kassam (born on August 17, 1991) is a student at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. He was nominated to represent Canadian Youth at the G8 Summit in Hokkaido, Japan in 2008 by the Canadian Government and UNICEF. Khalil spent two weeks negotiating with world leaders such as George Bush, Stephen Harper and Nicolas Sarkozy. He continued as the Youth Ambassador for UNICEF and spoke to students about Youth Advocacy.
He was also involved within the University of British Columbia. He served at the First Year Representative on the Commerce Undergraduate Society Board of Directors. He was also the Chairman and Founder of the Canadian Investing Conference. This was to be one of the largest conferences at the University of British Columbia, with over $100,000 in expenditure and a $49,000 fund from the Undergraduate Society. Khalil stepped down prior to an emergency board meeting for personal reasons.
He is currently the President of Pacific Rim Living, a high end condominium rental company in Vancouver, British Columbia.
