Kenshoo was founded in 2006 in Tel Aviv. Kenshoo's main product is KENSHOO SEARCH, an automated search engine marketing platform. Kenshoo has also developed a new methodology for managing search engine marketing programs called Quality Management which is designed to improve the quality score of live search engine programs. In 2007 Kenshoo received its first round of venture capital funding by Sequoia Capital and received noticeable attention in the press and a posting in TechCrunch. The second round occurred in 2008 by Arts Alliance to help Kenshoo expand into the UK market. In 2008 Kenshoo also expanded to the U.S., opening an office in San Francisco. In 2008 Kenshoo was a finalist for the SES Awards. Kenshoo has announced interoperability with range of online tools and services including Google Analytics, AdBrite, Google Adwords, Microsoft adCenter, Yahoo! Search Marketing and the Apple iPhone. Kenshoo's clients come from all over the world and include iREP Japan, Zappos.com, Textbooks.com and Omnicom.
