Kaz Demille-Jacobsen

Kazshari Demille-Jacobsen (born 26 November 1947 as Carol Ann Priest, the daughter of Doris and Colin Priest), usually known as 'Kaz', is a New Zealand woman who claims to have survived the terrorist attack that destroyed the World Trade Center on 11 September 2001.
Demille-Jacobsen has stated that God miraculously healed the injuries she received in the attacks. She also says she had a near-death experience in which she met Jesus, who told her to return to life and travel the world to spread his message. Since approximately 2003, Demille-Jacobsen has lived as an itinerant preacher, speaking at evangelical churches throughout the United States and Australia.
Investigations
Independent investigations of Demille-Jacobsen's claims have caused many observers to question her story. Robert S. Lancaster, a computer programmer from Los Angeles who has been researching DeMille-Jacobsen since 2004, claims to have evidence that Demille-Jacobsen was in Southern California on September 11, thousands of miles from the attacks.
Demille-Jacobsen has made many other claims about her background and career that others have questioned. In particular, her claim to be the illegitimate granddaughter of film director Cecil B. DeMille has led the DeMille family to threaten her with legal action.
Names
Demille-Jacobsen was born Carol Ann Priest in Christchurch in 1947. At some unspecified point, she changed her name to Carol Ann Nibbe, and later changed it again to Kazshari Demille-Jacobsen. In 1997, she also had an Australian passport issued in the name Karolanne Victoria Jane Seaborne-Lavell. She has also used a variety of other names at various points in her life.
As of June 2008 she is still claiming to be a doctor, and has replaced her 9/11 story with one about injuries sustained whilst being attacked when operating on war casualties in Rwanda. She claims she is very close friends with Imran Khan, The Dalai Lama and Nelson Mandela.
She is currently living in the Yarra Valley on the outskirts of Melbourne, Australia and goes by the name Dr Caroline Evans.
