Karolina Protsenko

Karolina Protsenko (b. October 3, 2008) is a Ukrainian American performing violinist based in Santa Monica, California. She has been hailed as a child prodigy.
Biography
According to her website, Karolina Protsenko was born in Ukraine on October 3, 2008 into a musical family wherein her parents Nikalay Protsenko and Ella Protsenko play the guitar and piano, respectively. In 2015, when Karolina was 6, her family moved to the United States, where she began taking violin lessons the same year. Classically trained, she aced the notes by age 10 and began busking in Summer 2017 at Santa Monica, CA. On the streets of Santa Monica, she performs small renditions of contemporary pop songs. As of 2018, she had more than 2 million subscribers on her YouTube channel,
Albums
In July 2018, Protsenko released her own album. In June 2019, she performed with Albert Stanaj in his live performance video single "Love Me". As of 2019, she has recorded 12 songs, including "Let It Go" from Disney's Frozen, "Fix You" by Coldplay, and the legendary "Somewhere Over The Rainbow". Her music is made available on major streaming sites such as Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Prime Music.
