Kacey Myers, an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), takes great pride in addressing the client’s life, vision and needs- whether the venture is a residential paint color consultation or an inclusive renovation of a corporate facility. A successful design project, for Kacey, starts and completes with a satisfied client. "I take a basic approach to design. The client is the most important element… Heath, safety and welfare are key components of functional design. These items are often overlooked, but are the most important aspects. The design has to function, not only be aesthetically pleasing…” In the eleven years since beginning her professional design career, Kacey Myers has become the versatile go-to for all things design. Her client background and professional experience is as diverse as a painter’s palette. From work with University Presidents, Fortune 500 Companies, Real Estate Developers to Retirees, Philanthropic Organizations and New Homeowners…every project is regarded as a great opportunity to produce something the client had never dreamed possible. That “wow” moment. Kacey pursued her Interior Design career after obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Carolina University. While working for some of the most esteemed companies in design, Kacey was able to get first-hand experience in the areas of Architectural Design, Cabinetry Design and Full Custom Interiors. At age 24, she found herself running her own design company while maintaining a full-time career and a growing family. Over the years, Kacey continued to cultivate her design business and devoted to it exclusively in 2004. Kacey Myers Interior Design has been awarded, and completed, many contracts along the East Coast and continues to grow business relations nationally and internationally. Personally, a firm believer in giving back the community, Kacey is very active in local civic and volunteer organizations and volunteers time and design services to many worthy agencies and non-profit groups. Professionally, as an Allied Member of ASID since 1997, Kacey has also continued her education and remains at the forefront of the design community by assisting the local Chapter and attending numerous design events yearly. Kacey has been the host and Guest Speaker at numerous design seminars and workshops and has offered Career Counseling to school-age children. Kacey continues to practice in all aspects of design with creative panache. She thrives through her love of nature and color and the anticipation of upcoming design endeavors.
