K Hari Kumar (born January 3, 1989 in Tripunithara, Kerala, India) is an Indian author, filmmaker, and actor, known for his debut novel When Strangers Meet... He has worked in over twenty television commercials, directed 8 short films and two documentaries. Biography Kumar was born on January 3, 1989 in the city of Cochin. He went to college for an engineering degree but took ill during his final year, which left him bedridden for several months. During this time Kumar began working on his first novel, When Strangers Meet.., which he developed from a script he wrote for a short film he created, My Name is Ayer.
