Jurassic Park parodies

Since the release of Jurassic Park in 1993 there have been numerous parodies of the film and its sequels.
TV/Film
* A fan film, entitled "Jurassic Park: The Return" was made in 1994 using the action figures released for the movie. It can be found here on YouTube.
*In Toy Story, when Woody accidentally awakens Sid's dog, the dog's pupil contracts.
*Toy Story 2 features a scene where Rex, the toy dinosaur, is seen through the rearview mirror of the toy car he is chasing. The sentence made famous by the Jurassic Park movie, "Objects in the mirror may be closer than they appear," is also visible on the rear-view mirror of the toy car.
*On The Simpsons:
**In the episode "Bart Gets an Elephant" the titular elephant ('Stampy') peers into the Simpsons' living-room window upon arrival at their home. His pupil contracts, similar to when the T. rex looks inside the tour car in Jurassic Park.
**In "Itchy & Scratchy Land", both the design of and emblem on the helicopter that takes the Simpsons to the titular theme park resemble the helicopter which brings visitors to Isla Nublar in the movie. Later in the episode, Professor Frink warns of impending disaster at the park, basing his ascertations on chaos theory, Ian Malcolm in the movie. During the disaster, the park's power goes out, as in Jurassic Park.
**In the second story of "Treehouse of Horror V" when Homer travels back in time he arrives in the dinosaur age. Upon his arrival, Homer views a panorama highly reminiscent of the movie's 'lake scene', and remarks that he has gone back to a time when "dinosaurs weren't just confined to zoos" (a clear reference to Jurassic Park). The music in the background resembles John Williams' score for Jurassic Park. Homer is promptly attacked by a T. rex, which both sounds like and resembles the movie's creature, only with an added Simpsons-esque overbite. This can also be seen as a reference to A Sound of Thunder, when Homer remembers what his father said about not stepping on anything.
**In "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson", Barney notices a bowl of peanuts vibrating when the Duffmobile approaches, spoofing the scene with the cups of water when the dinosaurs approach.
**A similar parody occurred in When You Dish Upon a Star, when Ron Howard pointed out the vibration of the lemonade as fans approached him.
**In "Thirty Minutes over Tokyo", the family is flying home from Japan when Japanese kaiju, including Godzilla, attack their plane. Lisa sees Godzilla's eye in one of the windows of the plane, just like the Jurassic Park scene of the T. Rex's eye in the window.

*In The Flintstones motion picture, there is a scene that features a children's playground called, appropriately enough, Jurassic Park.

*In ', Timmy goes through the T. rex looking into the car scene but the T. rex is actually Wanda in disguise.

*On an episode of The Showbiz Show with David Spade, a small crew was given the task of recreating the Jurassic Park theatrical trailer using strictly limited resources such as yellow clay and toy army men. The two versions of the trailer were then played side-by-side.

*The television series Family Guy has parodied the film three times:
**The scene involving the T-Rex eating Donald Gennaro on the toilet was referred to on Hell Comes to Quahog.
**During the episode "I Take Thee Quagmire", Peter is shown humming the Journey to the Island theme as he pretends the toy dinosaur in his hand is eating his friend Quagmire.
**the episode North by North Quahog spoofs it when peter Peter tells Lois that the prostitutes' vision is based on movement, a reference to the Tyrannosaurus Rex in Jurassic Park.

*In an episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy Mandy and Grim find a big hole on the ground after a giant foot (very similar to a T-Rex). Later in the episode Mandy and Grim find a chicken laboratory (similar to the laboratory in Jurassic Park III).

*In ', Jurassic Park is mentioned in front of the theater during Roll Back the Rock (to the Dawn of Time).

*In the Futurama episode "I Dated a Robot", Fry rides a T-Rex at the Jurassic Kiddie Park.

*In Teen Titans episode "End Part II or III," Beast Boy, Starfire, and Cyborg are battling dark versions of themselves created by trigon. Beast Boy becomes a Tyrannosaurus and the Dark One is a Spinosaurus. This is a parody of the Jurassic Park III battle.

*In a Ben 10 episode a Tyrannosaurus is brought to life. It sounds like and resemble the movie creature except the stripes are missing and the calls are only partially reminiscent.

*In a Catscratch episode there is a banshee that Gordon fights. The banshees calls are similar to the calls of the Velociraptor in the films.

*In Wayne's World 2, the first Tyrannosaurus rex scene is parodied when the Wayne and Garth are reading a map in the night in their car. Ripples form in the cup of soda, just like in Jurassic Park, and they put the map down and see the T. rexs eye in the window.
*' features 2 parodies: in the opening, the police car stops after being eaten by a T. rex, and Spielberg is nominated for the Academy Award for Best Director with the film "Geriatric Park".

In the South Park episode Cartman's Mom Is Still a Dirty Slut when the hospital loses power Kenny has to go out and fix the generator. The doctor also warns him about velociraptors, like the scene in Jurassic Park where Elli has to go restart he power.

Video games
*In the video game Beetle Adventure Racing for Nintendo 64, one of the racing courses includes a recurring T. rex breaking through an electric fence, similar to the T. rex scene in Jurassic Park.
Music

*"Weird Al" Yankovic released a single, Jurassic Park, parodying MacArthur Park. The music video that comes with the song is claymation animation, and parodies several scenes from the movie. The song was released on his 1992 album Alapalooza.
