Junebug Times

Junebug Times is the name of the fictional bi-weekly newspaper printed in Junebug, Oklahoma 74666 and was created by author Larry Mike Garmon writing as Edwin A. Dark. The paper is notable in that it is one of the oldest published papers in Oklahoma and the title does not include the article "The". Founded in 1897, Junebug Times was originally owned by Caleb Smith, who had migrated from Kansas during the last Oklahoma land rush. The paper has gone through several owners since its founding and is presently owned by Chad Chapman (known locally as Cha Cha), who also serves as its Editor and Publisher. |
