Juan Estanga

Juan Estanga is an Argentine musician known for playing drums for many established Latin American artists. Juan was born in Buenos Aires and began playing drums at the age of 14. Estanga has worked with notable artists such as Nicholas Gunn and made contributions to music education as a college professor and the Latin American music community.
Education
He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Jazz Studies at Escuela de Musica Popular de Avellaneda. He studied at the Los Angeles Music Academy starting in 2001.

Collaborations
In Argentina, he performed with Sixto Palavechinno, Voclan, Los Cuatro Vientos Batuque, Volcan and Bloco Latino.
In the United States he toured with Nicholas Gunn, Noel from Sin Bandera, Andres Cabas, Tiziano Ferro, John Chiodini, Guillermos Bordarampe, Inca The Peruvian Ensemble, Ara Tokatlian, Quetzalcoat, Loren Gold, Laura Valle, pianists Mario Parmesano, Rusell Ferrante and Miguel Kersman.
