Joseph Simon Marcos

Joseph Simon Araneta-Marcos (b. 1995) is one of the three sons of President Ferdinand Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos.
Early life and education
During his childhood, he recalled going to the beach with his brothers and "helping the local fishermen" by catching fish. According to a 2022 interview with Boy Abunda, his brother Vince reports his demeanor to be like his father, stating that he was “a little more reserved, a little more thoughtful.”
In September 2014, Ferdinand Marcos announced in his Facebook page that his son, Joseph Simon Marcos, has been accepted to Oxford Brookes University in England. Joseph chose the Business Management course in the university, getting shipped off on September 15.
Personal life
Marcos's life was described as "quiet", assumed to be because of his family's history and controversies. Marcos is one of the three sons of President Ferdinand Marcos and First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos. His brothers are Senior Deputy Majority Leader Sandro Marcos and William Vincent Marcos. Marcos was also stated by his dad to be his favorite child in a Facebook post. During the president's trip to the US after the inauguration, Marcos joined his dad, shown in various pictures taken by the press. In an interview, Bongbong Marcos stated that he likes playing football and taking guitar lessons.
