Jonathan Baer

Jonathan Baer (born May 28, 1970) is an American real estate broker and entrepreneur. He is the founder and broker of Dominion Group Properties, a real estate firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, which he co-founded in 2010.
Early Life and Education
Baer was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He pursued his undergraduate education at Miami University in Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1993. Prior to attending Miami University, Baer graduated from Moeller High School in 1989.<ref name":0" /><ref name":2" />
Career
Baer began his career in the real estate industry shortly after completing his education. At the age of 21, he started working as a sales representative for various home-building companies in the Cincinnati area. By the time he reached 30, Baer became a division manager for a local home builder, managing sales, marketing, construction, purchasing, accounting, and warranty for a company building 250 homes annually.<ref name":0" /><ref name":2" />
Baer continued his career progression in the industry by moving into the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Beazer Homes USA in Cincinnati. In 2005, he relocated to Arizona, where he took on a similar role at Montalbano Homes of Arizona.<ref name":0" /><ref name":2" />
Following economic shifts in 2008, Baer transitioned into real estate brokerage. In 2010, he co-founded Dominion Group Properties in Phoenix, Arizona. Since its establishmen<ref name=":2" />t, the firm has completed over 1,000 transactions and sold real estate worth more than $240 million across multiple Arizona counties.<ref name=":0" />
Personal Life
In addition to his professional endeavors, Baer has been involved in local community organizations. He served as the Treasurer for the Anthem Parkside Homeowners Association and has volunteered with the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, where he is a member of the Government Affairs Committee. In this capacity, he advocates for issues such as homeownership rights, tax policy, and the development of affordable housing.<ref name":0" /><ref name":2" />
