Johar Abu Lashin

Johar Abu Lashin (born April 05, 1971) is an Israeli former professional boxer. He is known as the first Israeli to win a world championship and was described in 2001 as "Israel's most successful boxer".
Personal life
Lashin was born in Nazareth, Israel. He is an Arab Christian.
He moved to Tennessee in the United States. There he married Debbie Gouge. He and his wife bought a horse farm in Tennessee. He has two children, is a naturalized U.S. citizen, and has a birthday of April 4, according to his Facebook page.
Professional career
Lashin was
* World Boxing Federation (WBF) lightweight champion 1992
* International Boxing Organization (IBO) champion 1997
* International Boxing Council (IBC) welterweight champion 1998
In May 1999 he won the IBC title fight at Nazareth, Israel.
