Joel jeffs

Joel Jeffs (full name William Joel Robert Jeffs III) born 14 October 1987 is a Canadian born entrepreneur and businessman generally credited with pioneering non-traditional and extremely effective negotiating methods and deal structures for new dynamic companies, one of which is called Sisemen Corporation.
Having pursued a degree in Business & Marketing at St. Clair College (Ontario, Canada), and also studied and took his real estate exam for OREA Real Estate College. He then decided that the best education was not one of academia but of effective and practical experimentation and decided to drop out of college after one year.
Beginning
His career began at eighteen years of age working for various companies in Windsor, Ontario(Canada) Including his families well known construction companies. Always having a love and passion for real estate & development, he received a $60,000 bank loan after submitting a 32 page business plan to a local bank. He used the money to buy a property in the Windsor, Ontario area, planning to use it for rental purposes. With his previous construction experience he undertook the conversion of the old 75 year old property in the city into a newly renovated project. The successful completion of the project, gave his inexperience in the area a new outlook for the young man. Resulting in financial benefit from the venture, he has stated that this experience was "A better education in business than any college or university could ever hope to achieve".
Business Interests
At the age of twenty three he moved to Florida, where a consortium, led by him, set up a few profitable businesses, one of which made it into the millions of dollar range.(http://www.labellavitaluxury.com)
La Bella Vita Luxury Club was a membership club that catered to multi-millionaires. The company was set up as "a dynamic $30m membership club." The company offered access to private jet travel, yachts, autos, mansions, and extras. The club failed to launch at the end of 2012.
His recent business deals with Real Estate investments and developing.

His harsh business methodologies, While profitable for investors and partners have gained notoriety and his companies have been subject to civil litigation which have seldom been successful in proving any claim. His high profile image and enthusiastic persona have frequently been subject to various conjectures and claims relating to his background and activities. He has been a long time sponsor of various charitable organizations.
In 2013 he has been arrested for a few various alcohol related incidences. He has stated that he has since straightened up and using those incidences as learning lessons.
An insomniac by nature, he is known for sleeping approximately five hours a day and is famed by his colleagues and business associates for constantly sending extremely long detailed emails at 4am addressing business items.
He currently resides between Ontario, Canada and Florida, USA.
