Jim Morelli

Jim Morelli (born June 24, 1956) is a Realtor in Austin, Texas. He is the team leader of The Jim Morelli Team, also known at The Living North Austin Team, and is affiliated with RE/MAX Capital City.

Morelli was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Austin in 2000. He became a Realtor in 2001 and began his career with Coldwell Banker. In 2005 Morelli moved to RE/MAX Capital City to expand his real estate career and team. The Jim Morelli Team consists of Morelli, two buyer agents, and an administrative assistant. The team is regularly in the top 2 of real estate teams at RE/MAX Capital City and among the top 20 producing real estate teams in Austin.

Morelli and his real estate team focus their marketing efforts on North Austin, in particular the subdivisions of Scofield Farms, Harris Ridge, Copperfield, and Coppertree Condominiums. Morelli also brands himself, and is widely recognized, as the Copperfield Expert, the Coppertree Expert and the Scofield Expert. He has been the top selling agent in the Coppertree and Copperfield subdivisions since 2003 and is Scofield’s fastest selling agent based on verifiable regional Multiple Listing Service data.

Morelli is a member of the Columbia Oaks condominium association and also takes an active interest in the Copperfield Nature Trails Group.
