Jesse Rowe

A Film Director who is studying at Staffordshire University, where he makes short films from 1 minute in length, to 11 minutes. He has taken part in many film festivals including one at the Greenbelt Festival in 2006, which was judged by Nick Park, the creator of the Oscar winning Wallace and Gromit. His film went on to win the festival, for its ability to combine comedy with the harsh reality of the Third World.
He has also made many of his films based on events that either occured whilst in South America with the organisation Latin Link, or those that have occured to people close to him. He also makes comments on the world around him, whether that is the corrupt work in the diamond industry, including the likes of De Beers, or, with the soon to be complete comment on the United Nations's activities in Bosnia.
He was born in East London, to a family of four. His parents David Rowe, and Pixie Paris were working for the local church in Cranham. His father, a Church of England vicar, soon moved to Basingstoke, and then moved to Arborfield.
