Jesse fonseca

Jesse Fonseca (born November 17th, 1975), better known as just FONSECA, is a Mexican-American singer and former member of the musical group Kingz One(Original Kumbia Kings). Jesse is known to many as the new king of kumbia or the "Chosen one"(The one who is said to bring Tejano music back to life). Jesse gained his popularity in the late 90's as a vocalist in the Tejano group, La Traizion. Jesse later continued success as a member of Kingz One and now with FONSECA Y Sus Armas.

Career
Fonseca first broke out as a vocalist with the group La Traizion. In 1999, "Para Que Quiero un Corazon", rose to the #1 spot on the music charts for tejano music. That song launched Fonseca into stardom.
In 2006, Fonseca decided to move on and joined Kingz One. It was there that Fonseca met Anthony T. This led to the creation of the group 24Kilatez and the hit song "Ponte a Bailar". "Ponte a Bailar" was released in 2010 and was a hit internationally being played in over 12 countries. Fonseca and Anthony decided to shelve the project and pursue solo careers.
In 2011, Fonseca announced his return to Tejano as FONSECA Y Sus Armas. The Band has already performed with the likes of Ramon Ayala and Chris Pérez. The Album is expected to be a huge success as the single "Sin Ti" rises on the charts.
