Jayme Karales (born October 23, 1990), better known by the abbreviated name Jayme K., is an American author, comic book writer, blogger, podcaster, and film producer. He has published one novel—Disorderly—and a collection of poetry, prose, and images titled David Bowie is Dead. He is also the author of the upcoming graphic novel The Extractor and the critically acclaimed short story Youth. Early life He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and grew up in South Boston. Career Karales' first novel, Disorderly, was published in hardcover by Before Sunrise Press on June 10, 2013 and on August 16, 2013 in paperback and eBook. He is currently working on a graphic novel with illustrator Joel Amat Güell and his second novel. Podcast Karales co-hosts the podcast, ', alongside friend and fellow author, Ken Dereste Dorcely, where the two often discuss a variety of topics while under the influence of alcohol.
