Jayden Yoon Zeng Khai

Jayden Yoon Zeng Khai better known as Jayden Yoon is a Malaysian-Chinese artist based in Sabah, Malaysia. He has won Malaysia's Top 10 Outstanding Awards three times in the year 2012, 2013 and 2014. He has also won National Robotics Competition with his teammates, Andrew Ang Lu Hiong and Steven Tan Boon Keat, held by government of Malaysia, twice in the year 2008 and 2009. Jayden also won the second runner-up of the Dynabook National Computer Drawing Competition in the year 2008. In the year, 2010 he won Sabah Art Selection Competition organised by Sabah government at Sabah Art Gallery.
Early life
Yoon was born in Kota Kinabalu, in 1997, to Jeffrey Yoon Yoo Nam and Wendy Low Yuet Yee. He completed his schooling at Kinabalu International School in Sabah. He started painting at the age of 4 and won International Coloring and Drawing Contest organised by Save the Earth Foundation in the year 2003. He began playing piano at the age of 9 and was placed first in Vilma Tampus piano competition in the year 2006.
Career
Yoon started his art career at very early age and participated over 400 art competitions all over the country. In 2004, he was placed first in Global Art & Creative International art competition. He was awarded by Sabah Child Welfare Association for his artistic talent in 2005. Later that year, Yoon also won Family-day art competition organised by Korean automotive manufacturer Hyundai. He was awarded with Malaysia's Top 10 Outstanding Awards organised by Disney/Pixar in the year 2012, 2013 and 2014.
In the year 2013, his art talent was recognised by Sabah Institute of Art and he was awarded with the certificate of achievement. He has also won Best Student of Music Award four times from 2010 to 2013 for his achievements in music.
