Jared Knight is an American author of a popular series of activity books and videos. Background He is the manager of programs for Brigham Young University Aspen Grove Family Camp where Knight works with over 5,000 children each summer and fall. He also organizes youth conferences at Aspen Grove where over 4,000 youth and leaders participate in winter recreation activities. Knight has served as the president of the Southwest Section of the American Camp Association and as the Director of Development at United Way of Utah County. He has also been a camp director for the Boy Scouts of America.
