James Robert Frederick Stunt, born 21st January 1982, London, United Kingdom.
James Stunt made his fortune in the Gaming Industry, Trans Atlantic Shipping Industry and Mining Investments and is currently a keen private financier.
Married to Petra Ecclestone, daughter of the Formula 1 Billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, they married in Odescalchi Castle, Rome, Italy in August 2011. They live together in London and Los Angeles, in the former home of Aaron Spelling, one of the largest houses in the World.
James is a collector, philanthropist, entrepreneur and businessman. He has the largest collection of Petrus wine in the UK and is a keen collector of Old Master Paintings and of Modern Art, especially artist's such as Sir Peter Lely, Sir Godfrey Kneller, Picasso and Degas, his collection of Sir Peter Lely paintings ranks among the most extensive, on a par with the Royal Collection. His Petrus collection is the finest and most impressive private linear collection in the United Kingdom, ranging from 1900 to 2008. The collection of Petrus is housed in a specially made one off temperature controlled cabinet made by the famous cabinet maker, Lord Linley. As well as his collection of Petrus he also has six various top vintages of Chateau Lafitte Rothschild, all of the late 19th Century.
He recently bought a Marc Quinn sculpture called 'Self', which is made from solid gold and cost $12.1 Million dollars.
