James Jameson Snodgrass

James Jameson Snodgrass was a Federal geophysical researcher for the United States Geological Survey, Bureau of Mines, Denver Federal Center. The importance and relevance of his work(et al) were primarily in the fields of Underground Mine Safety and Blasting. More specifically, when analyzing seismic data, such as: from the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center as well as mine collapses, these works offer scientific references and base data. His work involved seismic surveys, ground-penetrating radar, and underground conductivity. For more information please see the following published works:
1. Underground Blasting
2. Calibration of Borehole Models
3. Mine Roof Vibrations from Underground Blasts
3. Sonic Velocity Logging Technique
