Jacquil Taylor is an American born basketball player who currently plays forward for the Purdue University . He is the 11th player in the team. The athlete committed to joining the Boilermakers late 2013, mentioning that he appreciated Purdue's basketball team and academic education. According to Nathan Baird, a sports reporter for the Indy Star, Taylor is a good defensive player and intends to work towards a defensive playing style. Before being recruited by Purdue for his athletic ability, Taylor attended Cambridge University in Massachusetts. In 2015, following six games as a Purdue Athlete, Taylor was given a medical waiver due to leg injuries, which ended his debut season.
