Jacqui Melksham (born 12 October 1978 in Mansfield) is an Australian former referee. Career Melksham officiated two matches at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup: the opening match between and on 26 June 2011 which took place at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin; and the quarterfinal match between and the on 10 July 2011 which took place at the Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion in Dresden. In a column for ESPN, David Hirshey said he thought that Melksham did not call the U.S.-Brazil World Cup game well. San Francisco-based sportswriter Ray Ratto said that she was not a 'thief', but just had a 'bad day at the office'. Melksham also works as a graphic designer.
