Ivy Forrester is a fictional character from the original CBS Daytime soap opera series, The Bold and the Beautiful, portrayed by Ashleigh Brewer. She will be making her series debut on July 9, 2014. The character was created and introduced by executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell. She is the niece of Eric Forrester and youngest daughter of John Forrester and Maggie Forrester. Casting In May 2014, it was announced that the Australian actress Ashleigh Brewer has joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful in the role of Ivy Forrester. She has previously starred on the long running hit Australian show Neighbours where she played the role of Kate Ramsay for 5 years. She also starred as Alana in the first season of The Sleepover Club in 2003. According to Soap Opera Network: The Executive Producer and Head Writer of the hit series revealed that "They are very happy to introduce the new cast member of B&B Ashleigh at the festival in the Principality of Monaco, which will be taking place from June 7-11, the Australian beauty whose talent and poise are already well known in Australia because of her work in the show Neighbours. Ivy is the daughter of Eric Forrester's (John McCook) younger brother, John Forrester. A young brunette, and talented worldly designer, Ivy will be working on the new Hope for the Future jewelry line.” Brewer will debut as Ivy Forrester in early July 2014.She began filming for the series on May 24, 2014 and has reportedly signed a 3 year contract with the show.
