ITRS Group is a British multinational corporation headquartered in London. ITRS develops software solutions for the financial services sector, including application performance management (APM) and IT Operations Analytics (ITOA). ITRS provides solutions to over 170 leading global clients, including 9 out of the top 10 investment banks, as well as exchanges and trading venues, hedge funds, brokers and vendors. ITRS has offices in London, New York City, Hong Kong, Singapore, Manila and Malaga. Technology and Products ITRS Group's flagship product is Geneos, a real-time monitoring tool for managing increasingly complex and interconnected IT estates. Built for financial services and trading organisations, it collects a multitude of data relating to the performance of the servers, infrastructure, connectivity and applications, analyses it to detect anything untoward, and presents it in relevant visualisations to help diagnose and fix issues. In 2015, ITRS Group launched ITRS Insights, a streaming big data analytics platform built on Valo that combines big data storage with a real time computation engine and in-built machine learning algorithms. History The origins of the company began in 1993 with founders Stephen Bates and Misha Kipnis. The company changed its name several times and finally became ITRS Group Limited, an acronym from International Trading Room Software. In 2011 Carlyle Group acquired the company. In 2012, ITRS Group appointed Justo Ruiz Ferrer, former Bluecrest Capital Management Partner and member of the Microsoft High Performance Advisory Board, as CTO. In 2014, Guy Warren, a former FTSE executive, joined ITRS Group as CEO.
