Discovered by the Swedish senior mathematic student Johannes Isaksson.

Formula

y = 3.775 ln(x)+8.148

y = Amount of hours you'll be able to stay awake before getting tired

x = Amount of slept hours during your last sleep.


Influence

This mathematic formula is often used by Polyphasic sleepers in order for them to create their own personal sleep schedule.
