IPercept Technology is a Swedish industrial software and services company, specialising in maintenance and operational improvement of industrial machinery. History The company was founded in 2019 by Karoly Szipka (now chief executive) and Andreas Archenti (now chief scientist), as a company from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. It was founded with the aim to provide solutions for maintenance and operational improvement of industrial machinery. In March, 2022, Almi Invest invested SEK 2.5 million, and other private investors also participated in the issue of a total of SEK 5.5 million. Earlier in 2022, the IVA - Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences, featured IPercept on its 100 List of 2022, under the theme of technology in the service of the future. Every year since 2008, NyTeknik, Sweden's top tech magazine prepares a list of 33 best companies in the startup scene of Sweden, where the most exciting innovation work takes place. IPercept featured on NyTeknik's 33-List of 2022, and got recognised for their innovative technology and growth. On 18 October 2022, EIT Manufacturing, co-founded by the European Union announced a collaboration with IPercept, and stated that "We believe this innovation would integrate well with today’s manufacturing plants applying robotics and other state-of-the art solutions.We are pleased to support IPercept, with the hope of better serving the EIT Manufacturing industry partners and increasing efficiency in the manufacturing sector".
