IP-CMS

InfoPortal IP-CMS is a web project founded in 2000 for creating and maintaining websites and intranets. After a while Stefan Fritsche was joining the team. Stefan Fritsche realized one of the biggest German speaking internet portals with "IP-CMS". Many modules and major developments where done by the team of the programmer and him.

Its now in use on a couple of hundred websites around the world. IP-CMS powers a large number of high-profile websites and intranets at organisations such as the Adeba.de, Missionsbefehl.de (European Mission Community), Federation of logistics of the German Army (www.blauer-bund.de).

It is made in Germany and has almost every possible module for every aspect of web project.

The IP-CMS focuses on ease of use, producing accessible websites and maintaining editorial control over web content. Its browser-based interface is similar in appearance and functionality to standard office software. The WYSIWYG interface is flexible enough to allow more advanced users to create complex pages featuring tables, images, and database driven content. Additional features include document management, complex right management, multi site environment also between multiple servers. The system is running on Windows and Linux servers and uses MySQL Server for content storage. IP-CMS has many reference letters by their customers, which you can see on the website.

In June 2006 InfoPortal IP-CMS was acquired by Adeba.de owner Stefan Fritsche. Adeba continues to operate as a standalone business unit within the Adeba group.
