InYourSpeakers Media, known simply as InYourSpeakers, is a Delaware-based music webzine. Its focus is mainly of independent and electronic music, but it also encompasses other genres such as hip hop and pop. The website features music news, reviews, and interviews with both prominent and obscure artists. It is staffed largely by an unpaid freelance writing team from across the globe. History InYourSpeakers was founded by Derek Duoba of Union College in summer of 2008. It's original focus was a review site for electronic music, but it quickly branched out into other genres. Content InYourSpeakers Media publishes reviews, news and interviews daily concerning alternative music, musicians and the industry surrounding them. Since it's creation in mid-2008, InYourSpeakers has conducted and published numerous interviews with independent artists, including Headlights, Herman Düne, and These Arms Are Snakes. Reviews published on the site generally range from 500-1000 words long. InYourSpeakers does not implement any definitive rating system for it's reviews.
