Inverse Order

Inverse Order is a New Zealand alternative rock band from Auckland. Formed in 2006 the band consists of James Dylan (bass guitar), Neill Fraser (vocals and guitar) and Thomas Watts (lead guitar)
Since forming, Inverse Order have shared the stage with numerous local acts of note, such as , Decortica, Deja Voodoo, , Goodnight Nurse, Midnight Youth and many more. They have also toured extensively throughout New Zealand.

Forming
Inverse Order began when singer Neill Fraser and guitarist Thomas Watts met online in early 2003. The band itself was solidified in late 2006 with James Dylan joining the band shortly before recording their first commercial single.
This recording "Hope For Us All?" was released in 2007 thanks to funding from New Zealand on Air. The song went on to receive air play on C4, Juice TV and several major radio stations.
Six EP
The band recorded their debut EP Six with Dave Holmes (Battle Circus, Decortica, Jakob) at Venn Studios in Kingsland, New Zealand.
Released in November 2008 through Isaac Promotions/Universal Music NZ the EP gained favourable reviews from several publications including UnderTheRadar and NZMusician.
Two of the tracks were released as singles. The first, 'Better Not' spent two weeks at #39 on the Radioscope Rock Radio Chart while the second single 'Quell' was nominated for a Juice TV Music Video Award in May 2010.
These two tracks were both playlisted by national music TV stations C4 and Juice TV. As well as playlisting on radio stations FM, Kiwi FM, RDU-FM, and several others.
The Debut Album
The band are currently in pre-production for their first album with producer Tom Larkin, better known as the drummer for Shihad, and the producer of bands such as Calling All Cars and Young Heretics. The debut album is set to be released in early 2011.
