Company History
Invensis was formed in the year 2000 following the merger of Virtual Tech Solutions and Kotnani Infotech. Virtual Tech Solutions had been providing CAD/CAM Services to its clients, while the latter was operating in the BPO sector itself. As the two companies joined hands, Invensis was formed and it initially ventured into document management services. The first clients of this company were courthouses in the US. The company soon branched out into other services like invoice processing, finance & accounting, healthcare solutions, software development and call center. This was followed by a quick expansion phase, which is ongoing and has helped the company attain its current magnitude.
