International DB2 Users Group

The International DB2 Users Group (IDUG®) is an independent, not-for-profit, user-run organization whose mission is to support and strengthen the information services community by providing the highest quality education and services designed to promote the effective utilization of IBM's DB2 family of products.
Headquartered in Chicago, IDUG was founded in 1988 and held its first educational conference in 1989.
IDUG holds three annual IDUG DB2 Technical conferences in North America, Europe and Australasia.
Through educational events, technical resources, unique access to fellow users, product developers and solution providers IDUG offers an expansive, dynamic technical support community that delivers quality education, timely information and peer-driven product training and utilization that enable DB2 users to achieve organizational business objectives, and to drive personal career advancement.
As a Member-led association, IDUG also offers volunteer opportunities.
