Goodwill Group Foundation is a private Thai foundation established in Bangkok in December 2000. Goodwill was initially founded as an English language school for disadvantaged Thai women, but has since expanded its services to provide support for women in several career paths: * Women as Business Professionals * Women as Entrepreneurs * Women as Service Workers Goodwill Group Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life of young Thai women via skills training and career services. History Goodwill Group Foundation was founded by Enrique Cuan in 2000 to help disadvantaged women in Thailand by providing them with educational training and employment opportunities. Mr. Cuan, a graduate of Tufts University, is an investment banker in the UK. Organization Goodwill Group Foundation is governed by seven unpaid board members, including its founder and chairman Enrique Cuan. Goodwill maintains 5 full-time staff members as well. Its teaching staff is comprised entirely of volunteers, both Thai and expatriates.<ref name="goodwillbangkok.org"/>
