The International Academy of Financial Management is a professional association established as a non-profit society for financial managers, practitioners and industry specialists. Membership is reported to include over 200,000 members, associates and affiliates. The IAFM has it's main international operation in Hong Kong. The non-profit professional association has a governance structure based on three core elements: * Board of Governors - senior professionals in the finance arena * Advisory Board - includes curriculum committees who set the assessment criteria for professional awards, and * Board of Management - who look after commercial operations The IAFM awards specific professional designations in various fields of financial management. |
