IntelliSoft Group

IntelliSoft Group creates credentialing, payer enrollment, and contract management software for medical staff professionals. They are located in Nashua, New Hampshire, and sell two primary software products; IntelliApp and IntelliCred. IntelliSoft also offers live credentialing services to healthcare organizations.
Company history:
In 1997, John D’Amelio invented this medical credentialing software for his father,Ralph D’Amelio Sr, who worked in the medical staff profession. In the first couple of years, IntelliSoft had two locations in Chelmsford. Then, in 2001, the company moved to Tyngsboro, and in 2003 they relocated to Nashua. In 2008, they moved to their current Nashua office after being purchased by private investors., Then, in November of 2010, IntelliSoft purchased Cambron Credentials. IntelliSoft and Cambron (combined) serve approximately 600 customers in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. They are the only software vendor to provide Software-as-a-Service for medical credentialing, and have recently released the IntelliCred Phoenix system that automates the data entry process.
Software History:
In 1999, IntelliCred 1.0 sold with the IntelliApp module. It included a site survey module, an app-mapping tool, and web view.
In 2000, IntelliCred 1.5 was released. It featured a privileging module that allowed a user to manage a practitioner’s core-based privileges.
In 2002, IntelliSoft released IntelliCred 3.0 with the IntelliReport and IntelliExport modules. IntelliReport let users create reports from data fields, and IntelliExport allowed for data to be exported from IntelliCred.
In 2003, IntelliCred 4.0 was released with Q&A and peer review capabilities. IntelliApp was also added as version 4.0.
In 2005, with the creation of IntelliCred 5.0, IntelliSoft switched from the Sybase database to the SQL Server database.
In 2006, IntelliCred 6.0 was released with IntelliContract, a contract management module, and Saas (Software as a Service).
In 2008, IntelliSoft released Import and Workflow modules with IntelliCred 8.0.
In 2009, IntelliSoft added OPPE/FPPE tracking to IntelliCred 9.0.
In 2010, IntelliCred 10.0 was released with a notification and scheduler module.
In 2011, IntelliSoft released IntelliCred 11.2 and IntelliApp SMART. IntelliCred 11.2 features updated WebView and privilege look-up modules.
