Insect Inside

"Insect Inside" is the first produced episode of the Cartoon Network animated television series The Powerpuff Girls, but aired as the second because Cartoon Network airs the episodes out of production order. It aired on Cartoon Network on November 25, 1998. and was going to have the role of being a narrator for the series but Tom Kenny replaced Ernie. Production of "Inside Insect" begin before the series premiered. This episode was supposed to be the first episode to air because it was produced first, but it aired as the second episode (along with "Powerpuff Bluff"). Series creator Craig McCracken and Genndy Tartakovsky (Dexter's Laboratory) directed this episode. Media releases This episode is only on the Powerpuff Girls: Season 1 DVD and is downloadable on iTunes. |
