Infra

Infra
When used in writing, especially when using more than one paragraphs, it means "below." Usually found in legal texts where an author for either the sake of convenience or avoiding repetition, says infra, usually putting the word in italics, where the author wants to draw the attention of the reader to the words appearing below the text being read, to find an explanation or citation in support of the text being read. It saves retyping entire passages and also avoids boredom or overlooking a passage due to its frequent usage in the writing for explaining a certain point or referring to a certain body of text.
