Infinitive Technologies Holdings LLC is an American Research and Development company with subsidiaries in the industries of Communications and Private Investment. It is the end result of the reformation of the now defunct Christian Inventions Company which fell to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection in January of 2009. Since then the company has rapidly expanded to providing satellite communication services to the broadcast, internet service provider, and general corporate industries. In February of 2009 Infinitive Technologies Data Providers was formed as a subsidiary of Infinitive Technologies Holdings to separately handle all of the companies satellite communications services and products. On May 7th 2009 Infinitive Technologies Holdings CEO Christian Munoz announced that effective immediately Infinitive would close down two of it's subsidiaries Hilltop Music Group - an independent record label and Infinitive Technologies Capital Group - a private investment firm and lay off all employees of the two companies in an attempt to further cut costs.
