As of July 2009, the company employs 22 investment banking professionals and continues to be led by its founders, Kevin Green and Dave Henderson.
History
TripleTree was founded in 1998 and has consistently focused on the intersection of disruptive technology delivery models, business services, and vertical industry specialization. In the midst of the 2008 recession, the firm’s M&A and advisory business grew over 50%.
Transactions
TripleTree has led over 125 sell-side M&A and financing transactions exceeding $6.5B in enterprise value. The firm has concluded engagements with Thomson Reuters, Experian, Walgreens, Microsoft, Verizon, HP, IBM, UnitedHealth Group, Cigna, Mitsui and Qualcomm. They have also have worked with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms including ABRY Partners, WestView Capital and New Mountain Capital.
