Impulse Black is a 2011 American independent thriller film written by Jordon Hodges and Kelly O'Moren, who also directed. The film stars Jordon Hodges (Riley Cole), Emme Rylan (Skyler Frost) and Robert Miano (Dr. Osbourne) Plot Impulse Black explores the love between Riley and Skyler as he fights off a drug called 'IRA' that he was given from birth, which makes him feel almost no human connection and be able to make decisions as tough as world leaders do. He fends off a high powered government militia group who want him to carry out an assassination of an up and coming congressman. The tagline reads: What do Riley Cole, Hitler, President Truman, Castro, and the person who shot Kennedy all have in common? Set in Los Angeles..
