Imelda Salvador

Imelda Ross Andres Salvador (born February 23, 1984 in Quezon City, Philippines) is a Filipina actress, singer and dancer, who is currently a member of ABS-CBN's elite circle of homegrown talents collectively known as Star Magic. She is the daughter of Thelma Andres and Ross Salvador. She became a showbiz personality when she met her father on "The Buzz".

*She came from a family of actors and actresses. Her father Ross Rival (1945-2007) (Rosauro Salvador in private life), aunt Jobelle Salvador, late grandfather Lou Salvador Jr., and late grand-uncle Leroy Salvador were erstwhile actors. Her uncle, Philip Salvador, is currently one of the more famous actors in the Philippines.
*Her late great-grandfather, Luis "Lou" Salvador Sr., is a legendary Filipino basketball player who played for the Philippine national basketball team several times during the pre-war era. He later became an actor himself and then became the first showbiz personality to run for the vice presidency of the Philippines when he placed third in the 1948 Philippine vice presidential elections.
*She's the daughter of Ross Rival and Thelma Andres.
*She has eight siblings Joseph, Jonjon, Bong, Luchi, Shyla, Jason, Marie, Kirby.
