Ian Keaggy

Ian Sebastian Keaggy (born June 16, 1987) is an American Alternative rock Musician-Songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee.
Personal life
Keaggy was born in Orange County, California, to one of Christian music's most respected guitar players, Phil Keaggy, and his wife Bernadette. Ian was last of the children in the Keaggy household.
Biography
Keaggy has been involved with music and surrounded by it his entire life.
Keaggy has played the guitar for eight years and the piano for six.
In late 2006 Keaggy Joined Pop/Rock/Dance band Hot Chelle Rae and added bass guitar to his credentials as a musician.
Highlights of his career include touring with his father Phil Keaggy. And these days, Keaggy is foucusing on the success of his band, Hot Chelle Rae. Which he shares with longtime friends and Nashville natives, Nash Overstreet, Ryan Keith Follese, and Jamie Follese.
In 2008 Hot Chelle Rae signed with Jive Records. They recorded their debut album "Lovesick Electric" in Los Angeles, California and Nashville, TN with producers Eric Valentine, Butch Walker, and Matt Radosevich.

Extended career
On top of Keaggy's many musical talents, he also explores his artistic talents in photography.

Philanthropy
Throughout his life Keaggy has also been involved in certain charities. Among these is the work he did alongside his father, Phil Keaggy for the Compassion Internation Child Sponsorship Program, which reaches out to underprivileged children all over the world.
