How to lose weight fast and easy

1) The first thing you do to lose weight is drink water. I know drinking water can be tasteless, but water gets rid of unwanted toxins in your body. If you drink 8 glasses of water everyday for 8-10 days. You could lose 10lbs. And then all you really have left is the fat.
2) The next thing is to write down the calories you take in for 1 day. Than add them up and take 500 calories away from that. Then that should be how many calories you should take. I am not saying do this everyday but start on a Monday.
3) Go into your kitchen. Take out the junk food and the unhealthy food. But don't forget to ask your mom if your a child. Then everyday you will get up to a healthy day. Go to the grocery store. Buy what you think is healthy.
4) Watch your portion sizes. Take in 5 meals a day but they should be small. Ex] Breakfast-Snack-Lunch-Snack-Dinner. You shouldn't eat after 6 p.m. because you won't eat in the morning. You should always eat breakfast even if you are full or not hungry. Eat slowly and at the dinner table instead of the couch, bed ,etc. Because you will overeat and your brain won't tell you your full until you are not distracted. Make sure your snacks are healthy.
5) Exercise. I know exercising can be boring, but it's one way to losing weight. Try to push yourself. It burns calories from your meals. Try to sweat 2.5 hours a week. Even, if you are at work. During your break, take a walk. Try to workout half an hour a day or more.
6) Rest. Take 1 or 2 days from exercising. You should get 7-10 hours a sleep a day. Than your metabolism is up. It impairs your body to lose weight.
7) Be confident in your self. Don't think it will be an overnight miracle because it won't. Have self-motivation.
