China Hunan Honglong Tech is an Energy Service Company (ESCO) and Energy Saving Equipment Manufacturer, it is one of the first batch of Energy-saving Companies authenticated by China's National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance. Honglong Tech is one of the only four Energyssaving companies of the first batch in the communications industry. Honglong Tech is the first company who proposed apply Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) to communications industry. It is the largest energy saving company in the field of communications industry of China.
