Hirofumi Nohara

Hirofumi Nohara (1970-June 16, 2007), a native of Japan, was working in Sunnyvale, California in 2007. As he was finishing up his three-year work visa, he went to Yosemite National Park to hike Half Dome with four friends.. While climbing the cable route, 150 feet (50 meters) from the top, Nohara slipped and lost grip of the cables.
