Hilary Billings is an on-camera personality, journalist, actress, and the 2013 Miss Nevada. Life and Education Hilary was named one of the eight Outstanding Graduates from The University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2010. Graduating with her BA in Psychology, she was commended for her, "Civic engagement and academic excellence." Miss Nevada In 2013, she won the title of Miss Nevada United States. Television and film acting From 2013 to 2015, Billings worked as a journalist and on-camera host for USA Today as their "Las Vegas Local Insider", covering award shows, red carpets, and Las Vegas attractions.
