Highgrove Luxury Condominiums

Highgrove Luxury Condominiums is a luxury high-rise in Stamford, Connecticut designed by Robert A.M. Stern, the Dean of Architecture at Yale University. Highgrove consists of 92 residences and 3 guest suites. The 18 story high-rise contains two, three, and four bedroom condominium homes, with an average of 2,558 square feet of living space, and ranging up to 3,796 square feet.
History
Highgrove is a joint venture between developer Ceebraid Signal Corporation, and Investcorp. This $100 million luxury high-rise first broke ground in September of 2007. The project is still under construction, and is expected to be completed in early 2010, with limited occupancy beginning in January of 2010. Construction services were provided by Hunter Roberts Construction Group.
During the construction phase of Highgrove, numerous events and benefits have been held at the Highgrove Sales and Design Center, including a fundraiser for the Connecticut Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and events with Christie's, Jason Castriota and Lorenz Baumer, among others.
