Hayden Johnson

Hayden Call Johnson, also known as Young J (born July 14,1993) is an American basketball player/recording Artist, from the small innocent town of Tropic Utah. Througout his young and elustrious career, he has dabbled in many different types of musicianal artistry, including: Rap/Hip-Hop, Alternative Rock, Punk rock, screamo, and Punk covers of American country songs. He is currently attending Bryce Valley High School 5 days a week.
Biography
Early Life

In 1993 Hayden was born in Cedar City Utah. He is the son of Moyle and Tracy Johnson, and is the fith of seven children. His parents raised Hayden and the rest of the family as active members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Johnson remains a devout member of the Mormon faith. He attended Bryce Valley Elementry School, upon entering into the seventh grade, where he has been an active member at Bryce Valley High School ever since.
Career
Hayden started his career in 2008 with his first project, a screamo band called Trysomine 21, with frontman Lynden Sudweeks. After one year playing lead guitar for Trysomine 21, he moved on to his new project PMD. PMD is an American Alternative Punk rock Band, that started in late 2008, consisting of Jacob Pollock, Kasen Harris, and Brennan Stewart. After spending a year with PMD Hayden started his latest project his rapping career.
The idea of going into the rapping industry was inspired by Lynden K. Sudweeks, frontman of his first band Trysomine 21. He was very well known for his ability to create rhymes, and tought Hayden a few of his tricks. Hayden and Lynden are often found being featured in each others songs. After changing from rock to rap, Hayden needed to come up with a new name. Hayden decided to use the name "Young Johnson" which was a nickname that Lynden had given him in 2007.
Besides being a talented musician, Hayden is also well known for his ability to play basketball. He was highly recruited out of elementry school, and he also was able to find success in junior high as well. But after joining the High School basketball team at Bryce Valley High School, Hayden obtained a devastating injury right before the season was to begin.
Hayden was at a High School Rodeo competition in Hurricane Utah competing in the bull riding competition, when he received his injury which nearly ended his career. Hayden fell off and was stepped on by a two ton bull, which in turn broke his neck. Soon after he was life flighted to Primary Children's Medical Center, in Salt Lake City. After being released one week later, Hayden had to watch from the crowd for the rest of that season.
After missing all of last basketball season, Hayden returned ready for the 2008-09 season, though it did not show much in the way he played having only mediocre success.
